- How are the natural stones sealed?- We apply a high-quality sealer to all natural stone surfaces at the time of installation, which provides protection for up to 10 years. 
- What is your turn around time?- Our typical turnaround time for projects is between 7 to 10 business days. 
- Do you offer commercial installation?- Indeed, we cater to both residential and commercial stone projects. We're happy to collaborate with your contractors for both residential and commercial needs. 
- Do you use subcontractors?No, we don't use subcontractors. All work is completed from start to finish by Mario Stone employees, ensuring consistent quality throughout the process.
- What sinks do you offer onsite?- We offer a variety of sink options on-site. For kitchens, we have 18g and 16g stainless steel sinks in single and 50/50 configurations, available in standard stainless or black. For bathrooms, we offer square or oval vanity sinks in white or bisque, with two size options available. 
- What stone material do you carry in your onsite stone slab yard?Our on-site stone slab yard features a diverse selection including granite, quartz, quartzite, soapstone, marble, onyx, and porcelain. If we don't have exactly what you're looking for, we'll assist you in finding your ideal stone.
- Do you carry smaller stone peices?Yes, we maintain a well-stocked selection of stone remnants suitable for smaller projects.
- Do you offer plumbing hook up?While we don't provide plumbing services directly, we can recommend several trusted businesses to assist you with your plumbing needs.
- What is the difference between each of the stone types you carry?Each stone type we offer has unique characteristics. Granite is a durable natural stone ideal for high-traffic areas. Quartz is an engineered, low-maintenance option. Quartzite is a hard, natural stone with a marble-like appearance. Soapstone is non-porous with excellent heat resistance. Marble is known for its elegance but requires more care. Onyx is exotic and can be backlit. Porcelain is a durable, man-made material suitable for various applications.
- Do you offer tear-out services?- Yes, we offer tear-out services for an additional charge. Please contact us with your needs & we can give you a quote.
